Original Bush Radio Instruction Booklet for the AC11 and DAC11 Models

This is a genuine original instruction booklet (operating instructions) for the classic Bush AC11 and DAC11 valve radios, manufactured by Bush Radio Ltd., London, between approximately 1949 and 1953.

These are attractive wooden-cased table radios with Short Wave, Medium Wave, and Long Wave bands, an 8-inch permanent-magnet speaker, and the well-known U-series valve line-up (UCH42, UF41, UBC41, UL41, UY41). The AC11 is the AC-only version (with mains transformer); the DAC11 is the AC/DC version (with dropper resistor). Both use the same basic chassis design and give good sound quality for the period.
