Unicrimp QEXT M3.5 socket and switch screw extension studs. Use these when the back box is set too deep in the wall and the standard fixing screws will not reach the lugs.
Screw the stud into the threaded lug in the back box. Then fit your existing M3.5 switch or socket screw into the female end of the stud. You keep the original plate screws (and their colour match) instead of swapping to longer zi
